c)      You can browse our products and make free account on our website while the products you made purchase are required to be paid to get the order delivered.

d)     You agree not to use the website for any unlawful or unauthorized purposes or engage in any activity that could damage, disable, or impair the functionality or security of the website.

e)     If we found that the user is trying to breach our security, ordering the parcel as COD but not accepting during the delivery, trying to stealing & altering our website data Famousbookshop has complete right to suspend that user account

Ordering, Payment, and Refunds

Placing Order

When placing an order on www.famousbookshop.in, you agree to provide accurate and complete information regarding the purchase. While ordering the product, we collect some personal data such as your name, address, payment info, contact information etc so that we can provide you smooth and doorstep delivery to your location. Payment methods: We offer multiple payment methods for our user. You can pay via UPI,Netbanking, credit card, debit card & COD.

Famousbookshop accepts order as per book availability but if due to some error the product you have ordered is not available we provide full amount refund.

Order Cancellation policy:

There are two scenarios for order cancellation

a)      Before order dispatch : Once you order your product it will take 3 working days to dispatch the order in this duration you can simply cancel the order and full refund will be credited to you refund will take 3-5 working days to credit in your account.

b)     After order dispatch: after the order is dispatched if you want to cancel the order please contact for cancellation request we will guide you for the same. The shipping charge will be deducted from the amount you have paid and the remaining amount will be refunded to you. Refund will be done within 3-5 working days after cancellation is accepted.

c)      Exppress delivery voids the order cancellation.

d)     Famousbookshop has reserves the right to refuse cancellation incase of any policy violation, for scammer & suspended users.

Return and Refund Policy:

a)      Famousbookshop always try to give our best service to our customers but still there might be a case where you may not satisfy with our service. We assure you that your entire problem will be solved. Before you request for return please reach out to us and let us try to help you out first. We may find a better way to correct our mistakes and solve your issue. Our packing and product quality will be excellent and there is absolutely very less chance that product will get damage during delivery. Our packing accuracy percentage is 99.50% and we have maintained it since 5 years. Still if your problem persists we totally accept the product return.

b)     You should contact us within 7 days of order delivery with reason to claim for the return after that the return won’t be accepted.

c)      You should return the same product which was delivered.

d)     Some products are non returnable, This is the duty of user to carefully check while ordering.

e)     Express delivery orders are non returnable.

f)       Famousbookshop has reserves the right to refuse refund incase it is found that the product has been altered.

Delivery

Parcel delivery will be done by third party partner courier service. It will be done on weekdays except festival and national holidays. We always dispatch your parcel on time and provide the tracking details on your account. Incase of any delay in delivery please reach out to us with your order tracking number. We will surely help you out.

Once you got the product delivered we will not be a liable for any loss and damage or breakage.

If your door is closed during delivery it is totally upto courier service if they provide multiple delivery attempts at your location if not we can’t do second delivery attempt from our end unless you pay for shipping charges again otherwise your order will be returned to us if you want the same product please reach out to us regarding that else refund will be credited as per policy. You might need to wait longer time for this process to complete will be between 14 to 21 working days but you will definitely get the solution.
